uGrowl shows up in alt-tab switcher when minimized to tray

I have noticed that uGrowl shows up in the alt tab window switcher when I have the program minimized to the tray. It doesn't seem to show up in the flip3d switcher. There appears to be a dummy window that shows up in switcher, an expose clone for windows. When I click on the dummy window in the expose clone, the window does not open. Going through the uGrowl changelog, it looks like this issue was supposed to be fixed in version .99, but it is still appearing for me. I am using uGrowl 1.0.1, uTorrent 2.0.2, and Windows 7 32 bit.
